Description

On the north east side of the HWY 195 bridge there is a place where you can turn off and park your car. There is a foot path that leads, down a pretty steep slope, from the level of the road down to the river. The river is fishable both upstream and down. Judging from the amount of trash under the bridge, this place is a popular swimmers, fishermen, and beer drinkers. However, once you have waded a quarter mile in either direction, the river is clean and very pretty.
